House of Light and Design is a lighting design consultancy, founded by Tanya Duncan 2009.
As a graduate of London’s South Bank University and MSLL of the Society of Light and Lighting forming part of UK based CIBSE, Tanya started her education as an Interior Design graduate at Design Time School of Interior Design in South Africa.
As a lighting designer Tanya uses light in a way that goes beyond lux levels. Using scientific knowledge, while creating beautiful lit effects, Tanya adds value by reducing the environmental impact through energy efficient choices.
With over 15 years of lighting design experience, my design philosophy combines these elements to create truly unique and memorable spaces.
